Die Kleinserie entsteht im Pilotwerk des M\u00fcnchner Forschungs- und Innovationszentrums. Das erste Sports Activity Vehicle mit Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellen-Technologie hat bereits in seiner Entwicklungsphase ein intensives Testprogramm unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen durchlaufen. Ab Fr\u00fchjahr 2023 wird es als Technologie-Demonstrator f\u00fcr lokal CO2-freie Mobilit\u00e4t in ausgew\u00e4hlten Regionen zum Einsatz kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Pilotwerk der BMW Group im M\u00fcnchner FIZ. Ist Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion \u2013 hier wird jedes neue Modell einer Marke der BMW Group zum ersten Mal realisiert. Rund 900 Mitarbeiter sind dort in den Bereichen Karosseriebau, Montage, Modelltechnik, Konzeptfahrzeugbau und Additive Manufacturing besch\u00e4ftigt. Sie arbeiten an jeweils bis zu sechs Fahrzeugprojekten gleichzeitig und stellen sicher, dass sowohl das Produkt als auch der Herstellungsprozess ausgereift sind, um die Serienfertigung zu starten. Im Karosseriebau des Pilotwerks erhalten sie eine neue Bodengruppe, die die Aufnahme der beiden Wasserstoff-Tanks im Mitteltunnel und unter der Fondsitzbank erm\u00f6glicht. In der Montage werden neben Serienbauteilen das modellspezifische 12-Volt- und 400-Volt-Bordnetz, die Leistungsbatterie sowie der Elektromotor und die Brennstoffzelle integriert. Der Elektromotor, der gemeinsam mit der Leistungsbatterie im Bereich der Hinterachse angeordnet ist, entstammt der aktuellen, f\u00fcnften Generation der BMW e Drive Technologie, die auch in batterieelektrisch angetriebenen und Plug-in-Hybrid-Modellen von BMW eingesetzt wird. Die unter der Fronthaube des BMW iX5 Hydrogen positionierten Brennstoffzellensysteme werden seit August dieses Jahres im BMW eigenen Wasserstoff-Kompetenzzentrum in Garching n\u00f6rdlich von M\u00fcnchen gefertigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zahlreiche Komponenten werden exklusiv f\u00fcr das Wasserstoff-SAV produziert, unter anderem auf dem Additive Manufacturing Campus, dem Kompetenzzentrum der BMW Group f\u00fcr 3D-Druckverfahren, das ebenfalls Teil des Pilotwerks ist. Der BMW iX5 Hydrogen durchl\u00e4uft alle regul\u00e4ren Produktionsschritte vom Karosseriebau \u00fcber die Lackierung und die Montage bis zur individuellen Endabnahme.
