Auf die Sicht nach vorne wurde bei der Entwicklung besonders geachtet, w\u00e4hrend eine gro\u00dfe Glasheckklappe, verglaste C-S\u00e4ulen und gro\u00dfen hinteren Seitenscheiben eine gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Sicht nach hinten gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Bodenfreiheit kann mit der Fahrzeugliftfunktion von 110 mm auf 130 mm erh\u00f6ht werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine obere Struktur aus Kohlefaser im Heck des Monocoque-Chassis erm\u00f6glicht die Schaffung eines recht gro\u00dfen Gep\u00e4ckraums hinter der Fahrgastzelle. Der Zugang zum 420 Liter fassenden Laderaum erfolgt \u00fcber eine vorne angeschlagene, durchgehende Heckklappe aus Glas, die elektrisch bet\u00e4tigt wird und \u00fcber eine Soft-Close-Funktion verf\u00fcgt. Der Gep\u00e4ckraum wird durch ein 150 Liter gro\u00dfes Staufach im Bug des Fahrzeugs erg\u00e4nzt. Der gesamte Laderaum von 570 Litern macht den McLaren GTS zu einem praktischen Sportwagen, der Leistung und luxuri\u00f6sen Raum verbindet. Das Monocoque besteht aus Kohlefaser MonoCell II-T, welches sich durch eine starke, ultraleichte Konstruktion und die f\u00fcr einen Sportwagen mit Mittelmotor erforderliche Steifigkeit auszeichnet. Die Leistung des Vierliter-V8-Motors mit Doppelturboaufladung steigt auf 635 PS bei 7.500 U\/min. Die zus\u00e4tzlichen 15 PS stammen aus einem h\u00f6heren Drehmoment an der Kurbelwelle, das durch eine aggressivere Verbrennungsphase und einen \u00fcberarbeiteten Z\u00fcndzeitpunkt erm\u00f6glicht wird. Die serienm\u00e4\u00dfige Launch-Control-Funktion beschleunigt den GTS in nur 3,2 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km\/h und in nur 8,9 Sekunden von 0 auf 200 km\/h. Die H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit des GTS betr\u00e4gt 326 km\/h.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Siebengang-SSG-Getriebe erm\u00f6glicht im Comfort-Modus vom Start weg sanfte, nahtlose und schnelle Schaltvorg\u00e4nge, zwei weiteren Fahrmodi \u2013 Sport und Track \u2013 bieten noch mehr Dynamik. Im Sport-Modus erm\u00f6glichen modifizierte Z\u00fcndfunkenunterbrechungs-Technologien schnellere und aggressivere Schaltvorg\u00e4nge. Im Track-Modus wird die Leistung des Getriebes bei minimalem Drehmomentverlust zwischen den Schaltvorg\u00e4ngen weiter maximiert. Unterboden, Frontsplitter, Seitenschwellern, der untere Teil des Hecksto\u00dff\u00e4ngers und der Diffusor sind aus Carbon gefertigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im gesamten Innenraum befinden sich Schalter und Bedienelemente aus poliertem und ger\u00e4ndeltem Aluminium, darunter die Schaltwippen am Lenkrad, sowie schwarze Einfassungen f\u00fcr den Infotainment-Bildschirm, den W\u00e4hlhebel in der Mittelkonsole, die Geh\u00e4use der L\u00fcftungsd\u00fcsen und die Fensterschalter. Als optionale Kohlefaserapplikationen k\u00f6nnen eine Lenkradspange in satiniertem Carbon-Finish, verl\u00e4ngerte Schaltwippen und Einfassungen f\u00fcr den Innenraum sowie Schwellerverkleidungen mit McLaren-Schriftzug geordert werden.
