Schon fr\u00fch im Entwicklungsprozess brachte der italienische Bremsenspezialist seine Expertise ein. Das Ergebnis der zweij\u00e4hrigen Entwicklung ist ein Carbon-Carbon-System, das der Technologie von LMh\/LMDh- und Formel 1-Rennwagen in nichts nachsteht.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Verz\u00f6gerungskomponenten des Bolide bestehen aus zwei Acht-Kolben-Monobloc-Bremss\u00e4tteln, die beide mit jeweils vier 25-mm-Hochleistungsbel\u00e4gen ausgestattet sind sowie 390&#215;37,5-mm-Carbonscheiben. Die Bremss\u00e4ttel selbst sind aus einer Aluminiumlegierung gefr\u00e4st und nickelbeschichtet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An den Hinterr\u00e4dern sind zwei Sechskolben-Monobloc-Bremss\u00e4ttel mit je vier Hochleistungsbremsbel\u00e4gen im Einsatz, die mit 24,5 mm etwas d\u00fcnner sind als die vorderen. Erg\u00e4nzt werden die hinteren Bremss\u00e4ttel durch gro\u00dfe 390&#215;34 mm gro\u00dfe Carbonscheiben. Die hinteren Bremsen sind nicht so gro\u00df wie die vorderen, entsprechen aber den Spezifikationen der LMDh-Kategorie. Zugleich wurde sichergestellt, dass das Bremssystem \u00fcber eine hervorragende W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit verf\u00fcgt, die eine optimale W\u00e4rmeableitung bei intensiven Bremsszenarien gew\u00e4hrleistet, Bremsfading verhindert und den Fahrern des Bolide auch unter extremen Bedingungen eine konstante Leistung bietet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Bremssystem des Bolide besteht jedoch nicht einfach nur aus Bremss\u00e4tteln, Bel\u00e4gen und Scheiben, sondern ist eine hochintegrative Einheit aus technischer Pr\u00e4zision, bei der jede Komponente wie aus einem Guss funktioniert. Dazu geh\u00f6rten ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Hauptzylinder und eine speziell entwickelte Bremsfl\u00fcssigkeit, die die Dynamik des Bolide weiter verfeinert. Zudem leitet der neu gestaltete Bremsluftkanal den Luftstrom pr\u00e4zise auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des hochmodernen Bremssystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die K\u00fchlung des Bremssystems ist gleichfalls erheblich verbessert. Diese Entwicklung war angesichts der hohen Energie und des Drehmoments unerl\u00e4sslich. Dabei werden 85 bis 90 Prozent des Luftstroms zu den Scheiben und Bel\u00e4gen geleitet, w\u00e4hrend ein kleinerer Teil die Bremss\u00e4ttel erreicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber einen Zeitraum von zwei Jahren wurden die Daten aus den Simulationen, Pr\u00fcfstandsversuchen und gr\u00fcndlichen Tests auf den Rennstrecken konsequent an die Brembo Ingenieure weitergeleitet. M\u00f6gliche Fehlbedienungsszenarien wurden untersucht, bei denen die Traktionskontrolle h\u00e4ufiger eingreifen muss. Dabei wurde insbesondere der \u201eWet\u201c-Modus des Bolide unter die Lupe genommen.
