Er hat ein Rohrrahmen-Chassis und ist mit einem von Alberto Massimino entwickelten Motor ausgestattet: der 3,5-Liter-V8 mit doppelter obenliegender 90\u00b0-Nockenwelle mit Doppelz\u00fcndung hat vier Weber 40 DCOE-Vergasern mit zwei Drosselklappen sowie eine Trockensumpfschmierung. Das Getriebe in seiner charakteristisch hohen, schmalen Form wurde ebenfalls von Massimino gebaut. Als Bremsen dienen Girling-Scheiben in 15-Zoll-Campagnolo-R\u00e4dern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Aluminiumkarosserie entstand bei Fantuzzi-Werkst\u00e4tten in Modena und zeigt Anleihen an den Ferrari 250 LM. Der Tank fasst 119 Litern und der Wagen wiegt 985 kg. Diese erste Version war zun\u00e4chst stra\u00dfentauglicher mit Sto\u00dfstangen und Speichenr\u00e4dern.
