Februar nahm Chevrolet zum Anlass, seinen Blazer EV.R NASCAR Prototyp vorzustellen. Der Prototyp ist ein gemeinsames Projekt von Nascar und OEM-Partnern, mit dem Ziel, neue und aufkommende Automobiltechnologien zu erforschen. Der Blazer EV.R basiert auf dem Next-Gen-Chassis und den Aufh\u00e4ngungskomponenten der Nascar und bringt seine Leistung \u00fcber ein programmierbares Allradsystem und Goodyear Racing Eagle-Reifen auf den Asphalt. Chevrolet arbeitete eng mit Nascar und anderen Herstellern an den Parametern und technischen Elementen des Prototyps. Damit ist er das schnellste SS-Modell aller Zeiten und liefert 820 Nm Drehmoment ab. Der elektrische Blazer verf\u00fcgt au\u00dferdem \u00fcber Brembo-Bremsen an der Vorderachse, ein sportlich abgestimmtes Fahrwerk, einen 17,7-Zoll-Farb-Touchscreen, die serienm\u00e4\u00dfige Super-Cruise-Fahrerassistenztechnologie und eine EPA-gesch\u00e4tzte Reichweite von etwa 480 Kilometern.
