Das Auto, das f\u00fcr das 2026er Pikes Peak-Race to the Clouds in Arbeit ist, ist vom Lancia Beta Montecarlo Turbo Group 5 inspiriert, mit dem die italienische Traditionsmarke an der Sportwagen-Weltmeisterschaft der 1980er Jahre teilgenommen hat. Das Modell basiert aber nicht auf dem Vorbild, sondern ist eine v\u00f6llig neue Kreation, weil nur ein ma\u00dfgeschneiderter Boliden einen Erfolg am Pikes Peak m\u00f6glich machen kann. Der K39 setzt auf ein extrem leichtes Monocoque-Chassis aus Kohlefaser mit einem tragenden Motor und neuester Mechanik.
