Trotz sportlicher Aufmachung bleibt das Herzst\u00fcck unver\u00e4ndert: der bekannte 2,5-Liter-Vierzylinder-Hybrid mit etwa 232 PS. Damit bleibt das Konzept realit\u00e4tsnah und ist insofern keine Show-Studie, sondern eine potenziell f\u00fcr den Alltag taugliche Sportlimousine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Designabteilung CALTY Design Research im amerikanischen Ann Arbor arbeitete eng mit den Toyota-Forschungs- und Entwicklungsteams zusammen und kreierte eine aggressive, aber funktionale Au\u00dfenhaut: neu gezeichnete Front- und Seitenpartien, modifizierte Hecksch\u00fcrze zur Integration eines Performance-Auspuffsystems sowie eine markante Lackierung mit dem Namen \u201eInferno Flare\u201c pr\u00e4gen den Auftritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technisch bietet das Konzept \u00c4nderungen im Fahrwerk und der Bremsanlage: Verstellbare Gewindefahrwerke senken die Karosserie um 1,5 Zoll, wodurch das Fahrzeug eine deutlich sportlicher wirkt. Vorne sorgen 8-Kolben-Bremss\u00e4ttel auf 365 mm Scheiben f\u00fcr gute Verz\u00f6gerung, hinten greifen 6-Kolben-S\u00e4ttel auf 356 mm Scheiben. Montiert sind 20-Zoll-Leichtmetallr\u00e4der mit 245\/35R20-Reifen \u2013 unterstreichen Mechanik und Optik in einem Paket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toyota betont, dass es sich nicht um ein \u00fcbertriebenes Showcar handelt, sondern um eine Studie mit Blick auf reale Umsetzbarkeit und Kundenw\u00fcnsche. Der Camry GT-S Concept fungiert als Impulsgeber f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Evolutionsstufe der Camry-Baureihe: sportlicher, markanter, aber alltagstauglich. Auf der SEMA Show vom 4. bis 7.
