Das Modell entstand in Zusammenarbeit mit dem traditionsreichen britischen H\u00e4ndler HWM (Hersham and Walton Motors) und ist eine Hommage an den HWM-Alta Grand-Prix-Rennwagen von 1951. Technische Basis bildet der Seven 420, der f\u00fcr seine kompromisslose Fahrdynamik bekannt ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Angetrieben wird der HWM Edition von einem frei saugenden 2,0-Liter-Duratec-Vierzylinder mit einer Leistung von 210 PS bei 7.600 U\/min und einem maximalen Drehmoment von 203 Nm bei 6.300 U\/min. In Kombination mit einem F\u00fcnfgang-Schaltgetriebe beschleunigt der nur 560 Kilogramm leichte Roadster in 3,8 Sekunden von 0 auf 100 km\/h (0\u201360 mph) und erreicht eine H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit von 136 mph (219 km\/h). Das resultierende Leistungsgewicht von 375 PS pro Tonne unterstreicht den konsequenten Leichtbauansatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Fahrwerk setzt auf eine De-Dion-Hinterachse, Wide-Track-Vorderachse sowie ein Sportfahrwerk. Serienm\u00e4\u00dfig kommen Scheibenbremsen mit Zweikolben-Bremss\u00e4tteln vorne zum Einsatz. Optional sind unter anderem ein Sperrdifferenzial, Rennfahrwerk oder leistungsst\u00e4rkere Bremsanlagen erh\u00e4ltlich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Optisch greift das Sondermodell zahlreiche Designelemente des historischen Vorbilds auf. Die exklusive Lackierung in HWM Green basiert auf einer Farbanalyse des Originals. Erg\u00e4nzt wird sie durch graue Fahrwerkskomponenten, klassische L\u00fcftungsschlitze, eine spezielle Frontgrill-Gestaltung sowie einen zentralen Tankverschluss aus Chrom. Im Innenraum dominieren Aluminium, Leder und klassische Instrumente. Ein handgedrehtes Armaturenbrett, Smiths-Instrumente und ein Moto-Lita-Holzlenkrad betonen den analogen Charakter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedes Fahrzeug tr\u00e4gt eine individuelle \u201e1 of 19\u201c-Plakette und wird ausschlie\u00dflich im Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich angeboten. Der Einstiegspreis liegt bei 57.990 Pfund. Neben der Standardversion ist auch ein vergr\u00f6\u00dfertes Chassis verf\u00fcgbar.
