Angetrieben wird das Modell von einem aufgeladenen 2,0-Liter-Vierzylinder mit 420 PS und 500 Nm Drehmoment. Die Kraft\u00fcbertragung \u00fcbernimmt ein Achtgang-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe, das f\u00fcr schnelle Gangwechsel und ein direkteres Ansprechverhalten sorgt. Den Sprint von 0 auf 100 km\/h absolviert der Emira 420 Sport in 3,9 Sekunden, die H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit liegt bei 299 km\/h.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besonderes Augenmerk legte Lotus auf die Gewichtsreduzierung. In Verbindung mit dem optionalen Lightweight Handling Pack bringt der Emira 420 Sport 25 Kilogramm weniger auf die Waage als der Emira Turbo. Zum Paket geh\u00f6ren unter anderem eine Titan-Abgasanlage, eine Lithium-Ionen-Batterie, Carbonfaser-Komponenten sowie zweifach einstellbare Multimatic-D\u00e4mpfer. Ein neuer Frontsplitter, modifizierte Luftausl\u00e4sse, gr\u00f6\u00dfere seitliche Lufteinl\u00e4sse, verl\u00e4ngerte Seitenschweller sowie ein Heckspoiler mit Lamellen-Heckklappe verbessern Luftf\u00fchrung und K\u00fchlung. Laut Lotus steigt der Luftstrom zu den \u00e4u\u00dferen K\u00fchlern um 15 Prozent, zur zentralen K\u00fchleinheit um 14 Prozent. Gleichzeitig verbessert sich die Bremsenk\u00fchlung um zehn Prozent, w\u00e4hrend der Luftdurchsatz im Bereich der Abgasanlage um 30 Prozent zunimmt. Trotz der Ma\u00dfnahmen steigt der Luftwiderstand nicht an.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das bekannte Aluminium-Chassis mit Doppelquerlenker-Aufh\u00e4ngung bleibt erhalten, wurde jedoch fahrdynamisch nachgesch\u00e4rft. Eine um f\u00fcnf Millimeter reduzierte Bodenfreiheit, neu abgestimmte Fahrwerksparameter und Hochleistungsreifen sollen Pr\u00e4zision und R\u00fcckmeldung weiter verbessern. Die elektrohydraulische Servolenkung bleibt bewusst erhalten, um das f\u00fcr Lotus typische direkte Lenkgef\u00fchl sicherzustellen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neu ist zudem ein herausnehmbares Glasdach, das erstmals f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche Emira-Modelle angeboten wird. Das get\u00f6nte Dachpaneel l\u00e4sst sich hinter den Sitzen verstauen und erm\u00f6glicht offene Fahrten, ohne die strukturelle Steifigkeit oder die Fahrdynamik zu beeintr\u00e4chtigen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Lotus Emira 420 Sport kann ab sofort bestellt werden.
