Neben Projekten, die noch nicht \u00fcbers Prototypenstadium hinausgekommen sind, wie etwa das des US-Herstellers Terrafugia oder das des slowakischen Unternehmens Aeromobil, gibt es eins, das schon auf dem Markt ist. Das holl\u00e4ndische Unternehmen PAL-V (Personal Air and Land Vehicle) bietet nach eigenen Angaben mit dem Modell &#8222;Liberty&#8220; das erste serienproduzierte fliegende Auto weltweit an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Auto ist es genaugenommen nicht, was die Niederl\u00e4nder auf die R\u00e4der gestellt haben. Denn es handelt sich um ein Motordreirad, das in der Luft zum Gyrocopter mutiert, bei dem, anders als bei einem Hubschrauber, der Rotor nicht durch ein Triebwerk sondern durch den Fahrtwind in Drehung versetzt wird. Damit ist es deutlich leichter zu fliegen als ein Helikopter und man braucht lediglich eine Privatpilotenlizenz, um damit abzuheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der Stra\u00dfe werreicht der Zweisitzer eine H\u00f6chstgeschwindigkeit von 170 Stundenkilometer, in der Luft sind es nochmal 10 km\/h mehr.
