Die BMW M Motorsport Ingenieure haben wertvolle Basisdaten erhalten und erste Kinderkrankheiten aussortiert. Ab September wird der Rennwagen in den USA in die Vorbereitung zum Saisonstart der IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in Daytona (USA) im Januar 2023 gehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"WE ARE M \u2013 Mbedded, Episode 8. Der BMW M Hybrid V8 ist bereits bei Hitze im Trockenen, im Regen und auch bei Dunkelheit gefahren, wo erstmals seine Front- und Heckbeleuchtung zum Einsatz kam. Insgesamt sind keine grundlegenden Probleme aufgetreten. F\u00fcr ein neues Fahrzeug normale Kinderkrankheiten wurden bereits identifiziert und mit Blick auf die n\u00e4chsten Tests \u00fcberarbeitet. Im Cockpit kamen bis jetzt die BMW M Werksfahrer Connor De Phillippi (USA), Sheldon van der Linde (RSA), Marco Wittmann (GER), Augusto Farfus (BRA), Nick Yelloly (GBR) und Philipp Eng (AUT) zum Einsatz. Auch das BMW Junior Team mit Dan Harper (GBR), Max Hesse (GER) und Neil Verhagen (USA) durfte bereits den LMDh fahren. Er bewertet deren R\u00fcckmeldung ist in dieser fr\u00fchen Phase als sehr positiv, weil sich alle begeistert von dem Potenzial gezeigt haben, das der BMW M Hybrid V8 bereits jetzt andeutet. Die Europa-Tests haben eine gute Basis gelegt, nun folgt die n\u00e4chste intensive Entwicklungsphase in den USA. Ab September setzen BMW M Motorsport und das BMW M Team RLL auf verschiedenen Rennstrecken in Nordamerika die Testarbeit fort. Dann werden Performance und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit mit Blick auf die 24 Stunden von Daytona im Januar 2023 eine immer gr\u00f6\u00dfere Rolle spielen. Auch bei diesen Tests werden wieder zahlreiche unterschiedliche Fahrer zum Einsatz kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Am 22.
